Delivery

USA Delivery: 

Please understand that your order may take up to 3 business days to ship from our fulfilment center. Orders placed after 12pm will start processing the following business day. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns can be made within 30 days of delivery. ZENTOA is not responsible for any shipping delays due to the Postal Carrier.

International Orders:

International orders can take up to 21 days to arrive depending on your country and address. Some international orders will also be subject to additional taxes and duties upon delivery to be paid to the courier company directly. These vary depending on your countries rules. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or due to an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier and/or credit card company.
